Each work is prepared and shipped with the same care with which it was created. Below you will find how shipping and delivery work.
Preparation and packing
Every work is professionally packed to travel safely: corner protection, padding and a rigid box suited to the format. Canvases and framed works are protected to avoid any rubbing of the painted surface.
Lead times
Available works are prepared within approximately 3 to 7 working days. For commissions or hand-intervened series pieces, the lead time is agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.
Insured shipping
All shipments are insured during transport. Shipping is normally to Spain and the rest of Europe; for shipments outside the European Union, please write to us first at diego@forriol.com to calculate shipping costs and conditions.
Collection at the studio
If you are in Cuenca, you can collect the work at the studio (C/ Tintes 11) and save the shipping. Write to us to arrange a day and time.
Tracking
Once the work has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information at the email address you used to place the order.
